Following professional acting work, Anna has spent the last 10 years working in Community theatre – writing, directing, facilitating and performing. Much of her early work in this area was with primary school children – particularly those who found mainstream education challenging. For the past 6 years she has been artistic director for BottleTop Theatre Company, working with vulnerable and marginalised folk in and around Wokingham, Bracknell and Reading. This work has used theatre as a way to bring disparate people together, to share stories, build bridges and raise awareness.
